Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Retainer Policy To ensure mutual respect of time and schedule, the following policies apply: • A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. • No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service total. All sales are final. To reserve your appointment, a $50 non-refundable retainer is required. This retainer is applied toward your service total and protects against last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Certain larger services, such as color corrections, may require a higher retainer amount. Please Note: All retainers are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if rescheduling is necessary with proper notice. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business!
